BOOKING & PAYMENT
1. Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total service value is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to secure your reservation.
If no deposit is received within 3 days of booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
2. Full Payment
The remaining balance must be settled before the trip ends and prior to passenger drop-off.
3. Extra Services
For any extra services (extra hours, distance extensions, waiting time, special requests, etc.), please inform both the driver and booking representative in advance.
Rates may vary depending on timing and service type.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made at least 24 hours before departure: deposit can be refunded or credited to a future booking.
Cancellation within 24 hours of departure: deposit will be forfeited.
5. Refund Policy
100% refund if COA-LIMO cannot provide the service for company-related reasons (vehicle breakdown, driver absence, etc.).
100% refund if canceled ≥ 48 hours before departure.
50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before departure.
No refund if canceled within 24 hours or no-show.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
6. Change Policy
Changes to pickup time, date, or vehicle type must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and possible price adjustment.

7. Vehicle Usage
Each service includes a daily limit of hours and kilometers.
Overtime or extra distance will be charged according to the OT (overtime) rate stated in the booking confirmation.
8. Force Majeure Clause
In cases of unforeseen events such as severe weather, traffic congestion, mechanical failure, or natural disasters, COA-LIMO may adjust the schedule to ensure safety and service quality.
Customers will be notified promptly and assisted with rescheduling when possible.
9. Responsibility Clause
COA-LIMO is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that customers handle themselves. Passengers should keep valuables secure throughout the journey.
